Issue: I would like a refund for my Touch VPN Premium subscription which was purchased through the iTunes App Store on my iOS device. How canI be reimbursed?
Refunding Subscriptions Bought On iOS
Please note that because you subscribed to your Premium account through iTunes, Apple's policy requests that you ask for your both cancel and refund through them directly as well.
- Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
- Sign in using the same Apple ID you used to purchase your Premium subscription
- Search for "Touch VPN" and select Report
- Select the appropriate option in the "Choose Problem" drop-down menu
- In the text box, enter your request for a refund and your reason
- Tap Submit.
Please make sure you have cancelled the auto-renewal on your Premium subscription in iTunes before requesting a refund.
